  1. Overview
    All sales made through www.loisgerrish.com are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once an order is confirmed.

  2. Exceptions

    • Damaged or Defective Items: If your purchase arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll require photos of the issue and proof of purchase. At our discretion, we will either send a replacement or issue store credit.

    • Order Errors by Us: In the unlikely event that we ship the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs and promptly send the correct product at no additional charge.

  3. Claim Process
    To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment:

    • Include your order number, date of purchase, and clear photographs illustrating the issue.

  4. Store Credit
    If a replacement is unavailable, you may receive store credit equal to the original purchase price. Store credit never expires and is valid only at www.loisgerrish.com.
